Thursday morning started with
everyone receiving some information
regarding the day's events.
We would be driving for about 90 minutes
to Sacramento for some indoor kart racing
and then on toward Comptech.

The kart racing event was held at
RPM in Sacramento.
Most people where able to get in two
to three sessions, giving excellent
opportunities for some quality smack talking.

After the morning kart racing session,
we travelled to Comptech headquarters
for a tour and reception. Several products
and cars were on display, and members of
the Comptech staff were available for
questions and comments.

We left Comptech around 4:00PM.
Being that it
was in the middle of rush hour, arrangements were made for CHP escort along
most of the way to our dinner spot.
Travelling down the freeway at over 80MPH at the insistence of CHP officers
can be quite fun!!

If you look closely at the front, you can see the motorcycle escort.

Dinner was at the Napa Valley Grill.
The entree was quite tasty, but I would have
to say that the service was a bit lacking. Being
seated outside didn't help either.
I'm not sure if Kenny every got his dessert.
