Day 1

Day 2
Thursday

Day 3
Friday

Day 4
Saturday

Day 5
Sunday

On Friday, the day's events took place at
Infineon, albeit, not on the racetrack.

Well, actually, the first event did.  There was an early morning walk-through along the entire track.  Unfortunately, a large number of us got there a few minutes late and missed out on the main body of people, which left moments earlier.  Waking up early for a non-event (at least for me) was not the greatest way to start a day.

Meanwhile, some other vehicles were getting ready for their day on the track, so I took snapshots of those cars while I waited.

The first seminar of the day
was a discussion about various
forced induction options for the NSX.

NSX supercharger and turbo vendors weren't
allowed, so much of the talking was done
by end users.

By about this time, most NSXPO attendees had
made their way over to Infineon.

The upper levels of the Infineon grandstand
made a good vantage point for pics of all the cars.

Conrad and Kenny agree.
This is a great view!!!

By midday, we had taken a break to get our cars washed and cleaned for the group photo later that day.  We also took the opportunity to get pictures our individual cars taken.  Unfortunately, the path to get there was a dirt trail and that lead to some pretty dusty cars.

Conrad asks if it's only black NSXs that can have the fun.
Okay, go ahead and bring your blue NSX over too.

Even Scott (ss_md) joins in for the picture.

Nice polished Volks!!
Alex  V.'s GruppeM NSX
No Conrad.  That's not your car.  That's ANYTIME's car.
Greg Hardee's car.
Jackson's (NMYMIRR) NSX
Ron's Grigio Alloy wide body NSX
No Conrad.  That's not your's either.  That's Chris Wilson's SoS widebody car.
Supercharged by Basch!!
Supercharged by Comptech!!

While we were out in the paddock area, the
Acura Spice Camel Lights car made a few runs up and down,
somewhat exceeding the 5 - 10 MPH limit out there.

Mark Basch checks out the hardware.

Yokohama had a seminar about tire technology, and how it was used in the development of the NSX.  Afterwards, raffle prizes were given out, with Conrad winning a cool (and rare) NSX clock.
Must.......not......fall......asleep...

Finally, all the cars gathered in one section of the paddock area and queued up for the group photo.

Everybody rushes back to their cars for the group photo.
That's STILL not your car either.
Hey you!!  Get out of the way!!  You're ruining the shot!!
That's better.

Now that's an interesting use
for a luggage carrier.

A spokesperson from American Honda discussed the history of the NSX (but was reluctant to divulge any information regarding a next generation version).
